Labronix collects "Personal Information" strictly as defined by the POPIA Act. We only process data necessary for the engineering of your digital assets.

• Tool Input: Identity data (Name, Role, Contact) provided for Digital Cards and QR generation.
• Lead Recovery: We utilize session-based state capture. If you begin a configuration in our Digital Card tool or our Project Brief quote-request form, your progress is saved to allow for professional support, even if not finalized.
• Ephemeral Assets: Uploaded images are processed in-memory and are not permanently archived on public servers.

To provide high-tier connectivity, we utilize specific secure integrations:

• Google Wallet API: Data is passed to Google via encrypted JSON Web Tokens (JWT) solely for pass issuance.
• Enrichment APIs: We may use Clearbit or Google APIs to fetch corporate branding based on your domain for design accuracy.
• Zero-Sale Policy: We do not sell data to brokers. All information is used strictly within the Labronix ecosystem.

We prioritize Local Storage over intrusive tracking cookies. Your business card drafts and UI preferences (Text Scale, Motion) are saved directly on your device.

This ensures your progress remains active across sessions without requiring a forced account creation or centralized database profile.

Under global privacy laws and POPIA, you have the right to access, rectify, or request the erasure of your data from our lead management systems.
