Terms of Service

By accessing the Labronix platform, utilizing our QR Architect, or configuring a Digital Identity Wallet, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of these protocols, you must discontinue use immediately.

These terms apply to all visitors, clients, and entities utilizing our engineering services.

We operate on a "Transfer of Ownership" model for commercial projects:

• Client Ownership: Upon final settlement of project invoices, full Intellectual Property rights, source code, and design assets are transferred to the Client. Labronix retains no claim over your brand assets.
• Labronix Tools: The underlying architecture of our SaaS tools (QR Generator, Wallet Pass Engine) remains the exclusive property of Labronix Engineering. You are granted a non-exclusive license to use the outputs (PNGs, PKPASS files) for your business.

Due to the immediate, non-returnable nature of digital engineering assets:

• Wallet Passes: All sales for Digital Business Cards are final once the `.pkpass` or Google Wallet link has been generated and delivered.
• Custom Development: Commercial projects (Websites) require a 50% commencement deposit, which is non-refundable once resource allocation has begun.

You may not use our QR Architect or Digital Wallet services to disseminate:

Malware, phishing links, illegal content, or hate speech. Labronix reserves the right to immediately terminate services and revoke Digital Passes without refund if malicious activity is detected.

Labronix provides software "as is". While we adhere to strict engineering standards, we are not liable for business interruptions caused by third-party platform changes (e.g., updates to Apple Wallet or Google Wallet protocols) or downtime of client-managed hosting environments.

These terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of South Africa. Any disputes arising from these terms will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts located in Gauteng.
