Business Registration

Labronix registers South African businesses correctly and professionally from the start. The service covers the registrations required to operate legally and establish a credible public presence: CIPC company registration, SARS income tax registration, and a created and verified Google Business Profile. Pricing depends on which registrations are required.

Service breakdown

What this entails

Company Registration

We register your business with CIPC, including name reservation, submission of required documents, and issuing of the official registration certificate. This allows your business to legally operate and open a business bank account.

SARS Tax Registration

Your business is registered and activated with SARS for Income Tax. We ensure your tax reference number is correctly linked and ready for compliance from day one.

Google Business Profile

We create and verify your Google Business Profile so customers can find your business on Google Search and Maps. This improves visibility and establishes trust with potential clients.

Step by step

How it works

No surprises and no stage you have not agreed to.

  1. Scope the registrations

We confirm which of the three you actually need. This is where most of the cost is decided, and it is done before you pay for anything.

  2. Reserve the name and submit

We reserve your company name with CIPC and submit the required documents on your behalf.

  3. Certificate issued

CIPC issues the official registration certificate. This is the document a bank asks for when you open a business account.

  4. Activate with SARS

Your business is registered and activated for income tax, with the tax reference number correctly linked and ready for compliance.

  5. Create and verify on Google

We create your Google Business Profile and take it through Google's verification so you appear on Search and Maps.

Your side of it

What we need from you

Short list, and the reason each item is on it.

  • Your proposed company name, plus one or two alternatives — name reservation fails if the first choice is already taken
  • The registration documents CIPC requires. We tell you exactly which ones once we know your company structure, so you are not guessing at a checklist
  • What the business does and how customers should reach you, for the Google Business Profile

Before you enquire

Questions we get asked

Do I have to be in Pretoria for you to register my company?

No. CIPC company registration is done online and is not tied to a province, so it makes no difference where in South Africa you are based. Labronix is based in Pretoria, Gauteng and works with clients across the country.

I already have a CIPC number. Can you do just the SARS part?

Yes. Pricing depends on which registrations are required, so if you only need SARS income tax registration and a Google Business Profile, that is what you pay for.

Why does the Google Business Profile matter?

It is what puts your business on Google Search and Maps, so customers looking for what you do can actually find you. It improves visibility and establishes trust with potential clients, and it is the piece most new businesses skip.

What does CIPC registration actually let me do?

It lets your business legally operate and open a business bank account. Those two things gate almost everything else — invoicing corporate clients, tendering, and taking card payments in the business's own name.
