Scope of Work
UX/UI
Website Development
Labronix builds websites for South African businesses using technologies and features that clients recognise and trust. Each site is designed to look professional, work smoothly, and support practical goals such as enquiries, payments, visibility, and follow-ups, with UX and UI design, performance optimisation, security and SEO setup included. Websites are quoted per project rather than sold as a fixed package — send a project brief and we come back with a scope and roadmap.
Service breakdown
What this entails
UX & UI Design
We design your website so it feels natural to navigate. Layouts, buttons, spacing, and content flow are planned to reduce confusion, keep visitors engaged, and guide them toward taking action.
Performance Optimisation
Your website is built in a lightweight and efficient way so pages load quickly. Faster load times improve user experience, reduce drop-offs, and are favoured by search engines like Google.
SEO Setup
We apply SEO best practices during development so Google can properly read and understand your website. This helps your business appear in relevant search results over time without needing major changes later.
Payment Integration
We integrate Yoco payments directly into your website, allowing customers to pay securely online. This is ideal for service payments, deposits, bookings, or selling products without complicated systems.
Automated Email Responses
When someone submits an enquiry on your website, an automatic email response is sent to confirm receipt. This reassures customers that their message was received and makes your business feel responsive and professional, even outside office hours.
Google Analytics
We connect your website to Google Analytics so you can see how many people visit your site, where they come from, and what pages they view. This helps you make informed decisions about marketing and improvements.
Security & Maintenance
We apply security best practices to protect your website and offer maintenance options such as updates, backups, and monitoring to ensure your site remains stable and reliable.
Step by step
How it works
No surprises and no stage you have not agreed to.
You send a brief
The project brief form asks for your objectives, the challenges in the way, your investment range and your desired timeline. You can attach a logo, a sketch, or a competitor's site you like.
Scope and roadmap
We come back with what fits your range, in what order, and what we would leave for a second phase. Nothing is built until you agree to this.
UX and UI design
Layouts, buttons, spacing and content flow are planned to reduce confusion, keep visitors engaged and guide them toward taking action. You sign this off before development starts.
Build
Full-stack development with performance optimisation, security and SEO setup applied during the build rather than bolted on afterwards. Yoco payments, automated email replies and Google Analytics go in where they are in scope.
Performance testing and launch
The site is tested for speed on desktop and mobile, then deployed onto edge-cached cloud hosting with DNS configured.
Handover
On final payment, 100% of the intellectual property, source code and design assets transfer to you. Maintenance — updates, backups and monitoring — is available afterwards but never compulsory.
Your side of it
What we need from you
Short list, and the reason each item is on it.
- Your logo and any brand assets you already have. If there are none, say so in the brief
- The content for each page — text, images, prices — or a clear steer on what each page should say
- A domain name, or the go-ahead to register one. Hosting, DNS and deployment are ours to handle
- One person who can sign off the design direction. Split approval is the single most common cause of a two-week build becoming a six-week one

Questions we get asked
What is actually included in the price?
UX and UI design, performance optimisation, security setup and SEO setup are part of every build rather than line items. Hosting, DNS and deployment onto edge-cached cloud hosting are part of the turnkey package. Yoco payment integration, automated email responses to enquiries and Google Analytics are included where they are in scope for your project.
Do I own the website afterwards?
Yes. On final payment, 100% of the intellectual property, source code and design assets transfer to you. We build your assets; we do not hold them hostage.
Do you use WordPress or a page builder?
No. Sites are built in-house rather than assembled from an outsourced template, in Angular and TypeScript with a Node.js backend. That is why performance is a design decision here instead of a plugin added at the end.
Will it work properly on a phone?
Yes. Layouts are fluid systems that hold their shape from a 320px phone to a 4K desktop, and load speed is optimised for both. That matters commercially, not just aesthetically — a one-second delay costs roughly 7% of conversions.
Can you look after the site after launch?
Yes, optionally. We offer maintenance covering updates, backups and monitoring so the site stays stable and reliable. It is a separate arrangement, not a condition of the build, and you own the code either way.
Can the site take card payments?
Yes. We integrate Yoco directly so customers can pay securely online — suitable for service payments, deposits, bookings, or selling products without a complicated storefront system.
